Manor Park Homes started its life in Wellingborough in the early 1990’s but quickly transferred its operation to Finedon Sidings Industrial Estate on the outskirts of Finedon, some two miles from Wellingborough in the heart of rural Northamptonshire. Over the year’s Manor have established a reputation for producing high quality bespoke made homes with their small but dedicated team.

The managing director Mr Tony Berwick also owns two sister companies on the estate. One is Bell Trailers who manufacture very high quality pre-stressed chassis for use on Manor's homes as well as supplying many other manufacturers within the industry. Tony also has his own transport company (Dialchoice) who provide the service of getting Manor's homes to the place they are to be sited.

During 2006 Manor has undergone an extension to the existing factory effectively doubling up the floor area available for manufacturing.
