The Manor Classic will be available in both twin and single unit formats. Initially the homes will be offered as 36x20, 40x20, 42x20, 46x20 and 50x20.  The floor plans all feature 2 bedrooms, cross lounge with adjoining dining area, fully equipped kitchen, en-suite to bedroom one and separate bathroom. From 42x20 there is the benefit of a separate utility room and on the 50x20 a study is added to the layout.

Although the specification is pre chosen by the Manor design team, there is still a large element of choice with colour schemes, tiling styles and curtain/blind design.
