Standard models

We have three standard models that are the basis of our custom built range. This means that the floor plan starts off as a standard plan that can be customised to suit the customer.

CARLYON GRANGE – this is our top of the range award winning home that can be produced from 46x20 size through to 60x20. We can also produce them in wider widths. In England, new legislation passed by parliament in October 2006 means that we can offer 22ft wide models.

Features – A stylish front entrance with overhanging gable to front doors with twin supporting pillars, a wide hallway behind double front doors that leads to a stylish well equipped kitchen with utility area that houses an integrated oven, hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, washer/drier space, fridge freezer and boiler housing.
This leads to a generous dining area with archway to a larger than average lounge with fitted fire and fireplace, ample electrics for TV and telephones, and a large glazed area that includes French style outward opening doors.
Bedroom two connects to an en-suite that doubles as a visitor’s toilet area when you have guests and is situated off the main hallway. A large study area with ample storage is opposite bedroom two. The master bedroom is fitted out luxuriously with lots of wardrobe space that accommodates a TV area within a combination wardrobe that simply is closed off when not in use. A superb ensuite bathroom is adjacent to the main bedroom featuring a large corner bath with an overhead tiled pelmet, a full width mirror above the work top, semi recessed sink and w/c.

THE DENFORD – is a popular choice home with a floor plan that is very practical and uses the space available in an efficient way. Available from 42x20 through to 60x20 and could be adapted to 22ft if required.

Features – A flat centre gable is situated above double doors to the hallway. Immediately off the hallway is a spacious lounge with bay windows to give a light and airy feel to the room. A luxury electric fire suite is accommodated to give a homely feel to the room. Off the lounge is the dining area that leads through to a galley style kitchen that incorporates all the usual quality integrated appliances. At the end of the kitchen is a utility area leading to the back door.
The boiler housing is situated off the hallway in a self contained room. The inner hallway leads to a separate bathroom with corner bath, semi recessed sink and w/c.
Bedroom two is opposite the bathroom and comes equipped with a double bed, fitted wardrobes, bridging storage units and bedside cabinets.
Bedroom one is well proportioned with a 5ft bed situated within a fitted range of wardrobes, bridging units and bedside cabinets. A dressing table with draw packs has a fitted mirror with a wall light fitting to compliment.
The en-suite shower room features a Douglas James leak free pod shower unit, alongside the recessed sink and w/c.

THE OAKLEIGH – is an open plan style home with a unique floor plan that appeals to the modern thinking person.  Available from 42x20 to 60x20 and also in 22ft wide.

Features – The front entrance to the 50x20 version leads in to the kitchen/dining area where immediately you are impressed by a feeling of space available. The whole width of the building is open to accommodate the lounge as well as the kitchen diner within one large space. Typically we employ a modern gloss kitchen with built in appliances that make you feel that you are in a luxury New York penthouse flat.
An inset fire can be complimented by wiring up ready for a plasma screen TV.
The bedroom accommodation is situated at both ends of the home. At one end is the guest bedroom that is opposite an en-suite shower room that features a larger than average Douglas James fitted shower unit. Adjoining the shower room is a utility room that accommodates the boiler and has space and plumbing for washer and drying machines.
The master bedroom is a seriously large room that has ample clothes storage areas and features a walk in wardrobe as an annex to the bedroom. A stylish modern bathroom completes what is certainly a luxurious specification.
