FLOOR

All homes built by Manor are built on a Chassis constructed by Bell Trailers Ltd, who are renowned for producing the best quality Chassis’ in the industry.  The floor consists of 175mm pre-stressed steel members, 100mm x 47mm treated timber at 405mm centres, 100mm fibreglass insulation set between the timbers on a hardboard base, and an 18mm plywood floor layer, with either a vinyl or carpet covering, complete with underlay and gripper rods.

SIDE WALLS

Interior - CLS timber frame system consisting of 57mm x 35mm timber sticks at 400mm centres.  All internal walls have 9mm plywood fixed either side of the timber frame, and are finished with either blown vinyl wallpaper, or ceramic wall tiles – depending on the room.

Exterior - CLS timber frame system consisting of 82mm x 35mm timber sticks at 400mm centres.  All external walls have 9mm plywood either side of the timber frame, and include a silver foil insulator.  The cavity is packed with 100mm fibreglass insulation (compressed to 82mm), and the exterior side is sealed and finished with a Resitex textured coating (Interior side is finished as above).  A variety of cladding options also available.

ROOF

Interior - All ceilings are built with 6mm plywood, and are finished with Siltex (similar to artex) in a choice of patterns.

Exterior - Decra parc tiles are fixed on tile batterns (tanalised), with underslaters felt on 35 x 37mm roof bearers.  57mm x 35mm ceiling joists, complete with 100mm fibreglass packed between.

GENERAL

The highest quality materials are used in the construction of all our homes.  Windows and doors are all PVCu and double glazed.  All gutters and fascias are PVC as standard, and gutters are available in black or white.

All furnishings and appliances are compliant with the relevant British Standards and Health and Safety requirements.

DECOR

Walls are finished in Anaglypta with a choice of colours.  100mm timber skirting is fitted, along with timber architraves and door frames.  ‘Regency’ six panel interior doors are used throughout, with the option of ISA glazed doors.  90mm plaster coving as standard, and a wide selection of ceramic tiles are used in kitchens, bathrooms and/or shower rooms.

PLUMBING, CENTRAL HEATING AND ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION

All plumbing installations are compliant with the relevant British Standards, and options on central heating include Oil, LPG/Natural Gas, or electric, as required.

LPG/Natural Gas installations are installed to CORGI specification.

All electrical work in the home is installed to NICEIC regulation.

LEGISLATION

All homes built for residential/leisure parks, and wherever else required, are built to comply with BS 3632, and all the associated standards.
