Once you know the situation of the plot you are planning for your home, we can help you select just where on the floor plan you want your accommodation.  How many bedrooms? Have your lounge situated to enjoy the best view from your plot!  We can help you with every aspect of creating your floor plan with the aid of our AutoCAD computerised system that can produce the plan you want in quick time with the assistance of our expert in house designer.

We will then discuss the specification of the home with you-
Starting with the exterior details (roof colour, walls colour, door styles, lighting etc) then on to the inside – over 20 styles of kitchen to choose from and a mouth-watering selection of built in appliances, floor coverings, ceramic tiles and window dressings to compliment the design.
More choices await you starting in the hallway, through to the diner and on to the lounge. Carpets, wall colours, lighting and electrical fittings, fire and fireplace all have choice options. We can offer lounge and dining furniture from a local store or if you prefer you can choose your own to suit your personal taste (lounge and dining furniture items are not normally within our quoted prices).

We have a wide choice of bedroom styles that will be fully fitted to suit your needs with TV and telephone points where you want them.
We also have a good choice of bathroom/en-suite styles (to match your bedroom if required) and we fit high quality leak proof shower units, or your choice of bath styles (or both) with a choice of taps.  We also invite you to choose from a wide range of ceramic tiles to finish off the bathroom in style.
